Payment is required on the day of the lesson or within 48 hours after the lesson. Lesson payments are on a per-lesson basis. Students may pay in advance for multiple lessons if they wish. Cash or bank transfer payments are accepted.
Lessons are weekly and structured around the New Zealand school term calendar. Students can elect to have lessons during term breaks if they wish. Official school term dates can be found at: www.education.govt.nz/school/school-terms-and-holiday-dates
I am committed to providing consistent, quality lessons while understanding that unexpected situations may arise. All cancellations must be communicated by phone call or text message to 022 1272 154.
If the cancellation does not fit the above categories, full payment for the lesson is still required.
For all cancellations, I will offer available makeup times within the same week when possible.
If I need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, I will provide as much notice as possible and will offer makeup times or refund the lesson fee.
